SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Times: 

For all USA and Australian orders we process your orders within 3-5 days (excluding weekends). Your order should then be with you within 7-10 business days of purchase. 

For all other International Orders again, we process your orders within 3-5 days (excluding weekends) and your order should arrive to you within 10-20 business days of purchase. 

You will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your purchase once your product ships out. For any additional questions surrounding tracking please email support@versesart.com

DAMAGES

In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent within 24 hours of delivery to our VERSES Care Team (hello@versesart.com), and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.
